That same year he was inducted into the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an invitation-only group limited to 200 active members.

Attorney Giglione has been interviewed and quoted by local newspapers and television networks, and a national magazine, about elder abuse and neglect, and related cases against nursing homes involving injuries to nursing home residents, as well as other cases.
Earlier in his career, Attorney Giglione practiced law with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, P.C. as a civil defense litigator.
Attorney Giglione is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Attorney Giglione is the recipient of the Katie Elisabeth Westbrook Award, which is awarded annually by the faculty at Duquesne University to the student who expresses the most passion for the law with respect to trial advocacy. Also while in law school, Mr. Giglione was elected to the Justice Louis E. Manderino Honor Society and the National Order of Barristers by the law school faculty.
In addition to trying cases, Attorney Giglione has successfully argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
