Jillian Frances Zacks

I consulted with Jillian. She implied she was willing and ready to work for me and have me sign an engagement letter. I sent her an email with details of the case asking specific questions about what she was able to do. She did a 180 and wrote me back denying she was able to do the work we discussed.... She went on to say she has no staff and no ability currently (for various reasons not previously mentioned as problematic) to do any of the basic tasks of an estate lawyer. She seems kind, but it wasted a lot of my precious time I could have been hiring and working with a lawyer who is capable of doing the work. I'm very disappointed. It has negatively impacted my life in multiple real ways.
