Do not trust, demand full explanations of everything. Read and reread all documents you are asked to sign.

Benjamin agreed to represent us. After paying him several thousand dollars at a critical point in our case Ben tried to force us to sign a document that could have cost us hundred's of thousands of dollars. When we declined to sign the document he immediately decided to no longer represent us. This l...eaves us with significant money invested searching for other representation.

Excellent Lawyer!

Benjamin Scott Johns inherited my case from a previous attorney. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of estate law, his ability to explain things in plain language, and attributes that I don’t believe are taught in law school ~ kindness and humanity. I was also impressed by the fact that cal...ls and emails were always returned in a timely manner with detailed, concise answers. The efficiency and professionalism of his office, Jones Gregg Creehan & Gerace, were remarkable. Benjamin Scott Johns’ courtroom skill and demeanor were impeccable and the results he achieved were outstanding!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
