Biography
Jennifer Rose is one of only a few Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Pennsylvania, a designation conferred by the National Elder Law Foundation and the only Elder Law Certification approved by the American Bar Association and authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Jennifer is an associate attorney with Julian Gray Associates where she assists clients in all aspects of asset preservation as it relates to long-term care expenses including pre-planning, the Medicaid application process and VA Benefits planning. Jennifer also specializes in Special Needs Planning including estate planning and asset preservation for younger clients with special needs and also estate planning for parents of children with special needs. She frequently collaborates with trial attorneys to maximize law suit proceeds for plaintiffs with special needs and to assist such clients with preserving their very important public benefits.
