Dan (and his team) are extremely easy to work with in getting matters resolved in a way that satisfies the clients. I have to say this was the best thing I did. I went through a divorce and accrud a lot of bills, more than I could handle. Filling bankruptcy gave me my life back and a fresh start. I've learned a lot from the classes on how to manage money and credit cards. Foster Law employees where there for me every step and made feel good about what I was doing. Any question I had Anne was always their to answer them. I highly recommend Foster Law to everyone.

Good Guy, Big Help
We were in a bad spot, times were tough and we were going to lose our car. Dan helped us keep our car and worked out a payment plan to get us filed. He is a good guy and the staff is real helpful too. It was a big help to be able to not worry about losing our car and to have an attorney who actually cared enough to tell us what was going on and to help us out.

Did nothing to help me
I hired this guy for a Chapter 13 payment plan. Not only did my payments increase after awhile, but Dan increased his fee, even though he did the same amount of work. Would not recommend him to anyone. Terrible service for the price

do not recommend even beginning the process
In the thick of Covid I decided it was the best thing to get a handle on old debt that I had accrued over time so I called for a consult and not only did he act unprofessional and insulting over 20 minutes but he "threw" an outrageous fee - over 2,500.00 for chapter 7 just to deter me and insult even further. He clearly had no intention of helping me and was also clearly taking advantage of people using the stimulus money to help themselves. He was rude. I hope no one feels the way I did after 20 min.

A showman who does nothing
I hired him for a bankruptcy and he did not live up to expectations. He pawned my case off on his paralegal and another older attorney in his firm. He messed up my case, then I had to hire another bankruptcy attorney. Do not recommend
