My practice is focused on business reorganization, bankruptcy and litigation. Before joining Knox Law, I served as a Law Clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, reviewing and researching issues related to proceedings in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies. I also have seven years of experience as a litigator, arguing before county courts as well as the Superior and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a manufacturing systems consultant, providing support in the sale and implementation of software for manufacturing companies.

"John is a very personable and thorough attorney. He is well versed in complex Chapter 11 litigation and the Erie bar is fortunate to have him in practice locally.
I have referred several potential Chapter 11 clients and other matters to John, and those clients are always extremely satisfied. I would recommend John without any reservations."
