Tyler James Foster

Tyler’s primary areas of practice involve family law matters, to include divorce and equitable distribution, child and spousal support, child custody, as well as adoption. – always with a goal in mind of helping valued clients.

Tyler J. Foster graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Tyler’s background in family services and assessing the needs of children, youth, and adults within the individual family as well as the community motivates Tyler in his practice. This background has created a focused dedication to assisting clients as they go through what are often emotionally taxing situations when involved in legal disputes.

Tyler received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. During law school, Tyler acted as a certified legal intern through the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law Family Law Clinic where he assisted clients with family law issues including drafting motions, petitions, and complaints and presenting them to the Judges in Allegheny County Family Division. Additionally Tyler interned with KidsVoice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he worked with attorneys representing children involved in dependency proceedings in juvenile court at the county level as well as on appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
