Frivolous law suits
He promised me a large settlement and almost two years later I have nothing to show for it. He did such a bad job he was force to recuse himself due to various ethic violations. He filed several suits on behalf of our organization only to have them throw out due to ethics and procedural errors.

Selfish and useless
Mr. Toprani was hired as my divorce lawyer, even though he is not specialized in family law he promised me that I would come out with my house and alimony. I have gotten no where with him and I am now drowning in debt and I am about to lose my house. Do not trust this man!

Issues with due diligence poorly written complaints
