Jan was my first ever actual attorney. Our landlord was trying to screw us over because all three of my children ended up with elevated lead levels because of the peeling paint and they're constantly sick because of the amount of black mold in the home. My children's pediatrician ended up calling the... department of health and within 3 hours he was retaliating.
