Good Guy and Great Lawyer

Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was inco...rrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. He and his staff instantly acted on this on our behalf. They looked up his case, judges ruling, PA law, composed and forwarded a letter to him and the rental agency, and personally called them. WOW all this in a matter of hours and really shocked us was he didn't charge a fee. He was happy our son was on the right track and enjoying a life free from his demons of the past and soon to be a father. Who said lawyers are just ambulance chaser, Bernie and his staff prove them wrong. What a good guy and a great lawyer. Kenneth

Great Attorney

Bernie and staff did a great job of representing me on my car accident case. My questions were always answered upfront and honest answers. At one point I was offered a settlement amount then had them go back on the offer but Bernie kept on them and finally got another offer which was better then the ...first. I'm very pleased with his services and experience I had.

The best in the Burgh!

Bernie has helped me and my family numerous times overs the years; referring me to excellent disability lawyers and consulting on various legal questions.Many years ago,as I was going through divorce/custody proceedings, Bernie went out of his way to represent me in family court.
