I deeply regret hiring Kristin Schneck for my immigration case. From the beginning, she demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and organization that has left me anxious, confused, and disheartened. While she was quick to accept payment, communication afterward became virtually impossible.... She rarely answers phone calls, emails, or text messages, leaving me in the dark about my own case during what should be a supportive attorney-client relationship.
