Biography
Stephen C. Paul has spent his life living and working in Pennsylvania. After graduating from Duquesne University, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, he was privileged to serve as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. After admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, Stephen was honored to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine B. Emery of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County. As a clerk, Stephen worked on a wide range of litigation matters including, criminal trials, personal injury suits, and estate disputes.
After his clerkship, Stephen worked as an associate attorney for a busy general practice law firm in Downtown Pittsburgh. There, he represented inidividuals with personal injury claims and severe disabilities as well as those facing criminal prosecution. Stephen has experience advocating for his clients at all phases of litigation, including jury trial and appellate court representation.
