Replied last July 10, 2020I was able to resolve this client's issue, however he refused to settle with the resolution that was achieved. His demands continued to change after each rolling agreement was reached with the opposing party. His review indicates that I did not respond to him or call him back, yet he acknowledges at least 15 telephone conversations. The fee he references included telephone conferences as well as the court appearance at which the judge brought his actions to an end.

Replied last July 10, 2020This review was written by my client's abuser after he had again hacked into internet account, which was one of the bases for the original PFA action. This review was not written by my client. This was a pro bono case, therefore massive amounts of money were not charged. This review is baseless and contrary to fact.

Replied last July 10, 2020The facts set forth in this response are a matter of public record. Therefore, there is no breach of privilege. I was this client's fourth lawyer, and this review was written shortly after I was compelled to dismiss him as a client as a result of his abusive behavior toward me and his continuing abusive behavior toward his wife and the mother of his children. He is now on lawyer no. 5. In 2017 he was convicted of assaulting his wife and threatening her with a firearm in the presence of his children. He remains on three years of probation. As a result, he lost custody of his children. In the past three years, he is still operating under a restricted custody arrangement, despite my efforts to keep in on the path that the judge guaranteed would eventually result in restoration of his custody on a shared basis. There were a numerous continuances and postponements of his custody matters, given that the client was unable to follow a path of behavior adjustment set forth by the court, including his persistent and consistent inability to talk to his children in a non-abusive manner. His last attempt to lift restrictions was denied by the court in May, 2020.
