Warning

WARNING: If you value your children, your assets and your time, stay clear from Tim Uhrich! His understanding of current law is skewed and lied throughout my case. He had my case for two years while postponing multiple trials that didn’t have to happen. He likes to keep the meter running and wou...ld always say the judge is working outside of the law or the judges decision are not rooted in law. Unfortunately, he doesn’t remember much, doesn’t respond. No good!!! I hope this helps anyone looking for legal advice.

The facts set forth in this response are a matter of public record. Therefore, there is no breach of privilege. I was this client's fourth lawyer, and this review was written shortly after I was compelled to dismiss him as a client as a result of his abusive behavior toward me and his continuing abusive behavior toward his wife and the mother of his children. He is now on lawyer no. 5. In 2017 he was convicted of assaulting his wife and threatening her with a firearm in the presence of his children. He remains on three years of probation. As a result, he lost custody of his children. In the past three years, he is still operating under a restricted custody arrangement, despite my efforts to keep in on the path that the judge guaranteed would eventually result in restoration of his custody on a shared basis. There were a numerous continuances and postponements of his custody matters, given that the client was unable to follow a path of behavior adjustment set forth by the court, including his persistent and consistent inability to talk to his children in a non-abusive manner. His last attempt to lift restrictions was denied by the court in May, 2020.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
