With my specialization as a QDRO attorney, I find it highly rewarding to help employees and their dependents obtain the benefits they deserve. Insurance companies have the upper hand in benefits cases because most individuals don't know about the many legal protections in place to help them obtain benefits to which they are entitled. If you are entitled to health or retirement benefits, you should be able to receive them.

"Carla is very clearly a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney. I have followed her successes throughout the years and have talked to her about case strategy and legal issues. She is willing to go the distance for her clients and push the envelope. I highly recommend her if you have an employee benefits dispute and need a champion on your side!"
