Does what’s in the best interest of the mother. Cares nothing about fathers rights or encouraging a relationship with the father. Extremely closed minded and biased. Will not use good judgement even for a child who’s been put in a tough situation. She is truly awful and should find another line of wo...rk. God help the children of Tompkins county who get this hack as their attorney. As you can see all the reviews are negative. There is a reason for that. Go away Angelica!

I am very concerned that this attorney is not interested in the best interest of children! recently she stated to the court that in the future she could do an equitable estoppel against the father of a child in the event that the child’s mother got a boyfriend who was a father figure in the child’s ...life thereby preventing the real father from Parenting his own biological son! At the time The mother did not even have a boyfriend! the mother lives in homeless housing and has complained of her own mental health issues and difficulty with parenting her children alone and yet she has fought against the father and his attempts at helping her to have a better life and to help to raise his own child He has tried to help her financially in order to help his son to not have to live in homeless housing. This attorney is acting in the best interest of the child’s mother and not the child. The lawyer did this by stating that she would be willing in the future to bar the father from his own child so that the child’s mother’s boyfriend (who doesn’t exist) could have a relationship with the child! This is very concerning! The father is a responsible man who has paid the mother many thousands of dollars in child support without even a court order directing him to do so. the father was there when he was born and the child was even given the fathers name! And now at the last minute at a custody and visitation hearing the mother suddenly declared that the father was not the father. The attorney for the child stated that if this case has taken too long and if goes on too much longer that she could do an equitable estoppel against the father!! which is really pretty scary for an attorney who is supposed to be interested in the best interest of a child to be suggesting that he be precluded from being parented by his own biological father in favor of a mother’s boyfriend who doesn’t even exist!! Something is not right
