Will not use good judgement even for a child who’s been put in a tough situation. She is truly awful and should find another line of wo...rk. Parado-abaya was assigned as law guardian to my four year old. My daughter's father has no self control and anger issues and has done many emotionally damaging things in front of my daughter. Parado-abaya visited my daughter once at my house. I was in the room the entire visit and she did not ask my ...daughter anything directly about her father. (My daughter would cry and act fearful anytime I told her she was going with her father.) She then visited my daughter once while she was with her father at his house two days before our court date. She told the judge that my daughter wants to see her father more. I think it is wrong that she took the word of a FOUR year old. I also think it was wrong that she asked my daughter while AT her father's house in FRONT of her father. I believe that direct questions should be done in a neutral location such as the lawyer's office, because children do not want to hurt their parent's feelings.
