Fern S. Adelstein

I have been dealing with Fern for several years now and throughout it I have encountered numerous roadbumps that she has worked through each time while defending me countless times. She takes a "no bull" approach and generally knows what the court cares about and what they do not and leads her clien...t in the direction of that in order to ensure only the most important information is out there and not a lot of fluff that just clouds judgement. Her office is awesome with communication and she or her office personnel get back to me promptly when required minimizing costs that do not need to be charged (only contact when necessary so you only get charged for the stuff that is important). I highly recommend her as she is a "pitbull" in court as others have mentioned.

Ms. Adelstein is overall a fine attorney. She does not do much advocating for the client however, and allows for a natural progression to occur without much input. She is not interested in what a client wants, especially if this requires more work than she feels is worth putting forward. She allow...s for the client to be abused by opposing council. It seems as though her major interest lies in setting out a course of action, however as things progress the situation seems to more of an irritant to her than a challenge worthy of her skills.
