Fern S. Adelstein

Ms. Adelstein is overall a fine attorney. She does not do much advocating for the client however, and allows for a natural progression to occur without much input. She is not interested in what a client wants, especially if this requires more work than she feels is worth putting forward. She allow...s for the client to be abused by opposing council. It seems as though her major interest lies in setting out a course of action, however as things progress the situation seems to more of an irritant to her than a challenge worthy of her skills.

Fern Adelstein is AMAZING in action. If she believes in you and your case she is like a "pitbull" in court and will fight for you. I have never had her represent me however I have watched her in action in City Court and in Family Court. When Judge Mountain retires I firmly believe that Fern shoul...d take his position.
