Be Careful
I Hired this lawyer for a family-based green card case and paid them the full requested fee. After the payment was made, they never answered my emails. They responded to one of my many text messages saying they are busy and will email me tomorrow. Never received an email so asked for a refund two day...

Replied last July 23, 2021Mohsen, you hired me less than 2 weeks ago. During that time, I had a zoom consultation with you where I explained the process in detail, went over the specific facts of your case, and advised you of what documentation you needed to compile for your case. You requested that I speak with your mother-in-law regarding the the process, which I also accommodated and set up a phone conference with her. I spent a significant amount of time explaining the process to her as well. I responded to your email and texts (on my personal phone even) and yesterday you notified me you wished to terminate the relationship. I issued you a refund the same day taking into the account the time I spent on your case. As you are well aware, you were referred to me by your friend, whom I successfully assisted In his own green card application. He was a pleasure to work with and thanked me for assisting him. I’m sorry you did not have the same experience during our extremely short relationship. I wish you luck in the process and hope you have the same result I achieved for your friend.
