Where do I start, I was in a huge mess and didn’t know what I was going to do. I never been in legal trouble so I was very distraught and worried that I was in a lot of trouble. I still was complete...ly worried with me never going through this process I didn’t know how I could afford a laywer and, deal with my current legal issues, on top of everyday life. In my eyes Mr. Splain is an angel in disguise. He never hesitated in offering his help and knowledge with my situation. He is very humble, honest, understanding, helpful and, kind, things you don’t find in most people . He made me feel very comfortable with my case and was very honest as to what the out come could be. I respect him and repeatedly said thank you because I don’t think he knew how much he actually helped me get through this process with his advice and guidance. When he asked me if I would write a review if having the opportunity I didn’t hesitate on my answer. I can go on and on with the compliments because well he deserves it but his work speaks for itself. I can’t speak for anyone but myself and I would say this man is one of the best lawyer in the town of Rochester. I consulted with other lawyers my charge was AOL in the 1st, a felony charge, this alone was scary I don’t have a record everyone said they can get it reduce to a misdemeanor. Mr. Splain was different instead of focusing on the charge he worked with me, asked what I could pay towards the tickets, what I needed to do to lift suspensions he just provided his knowledge and guidance.
