Jason Damian Poselovich

Jason joined the firm in September 2000. Born in Albany, NY, he graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in May 1997, received his law degree in May 2000 from Albany Law School, and was admitted to the bar in January 2001. In law school, Jason was active in the Litigation Clinic, which provided hands-on experience to practice law.

In his senior year at RPI, Jason was a basketball letterman and also captain of his team --- a position that gives him intense pride. Today, when he leaves the office, you can find him lifting weights, swimming, and boxing, as well as playing basketball, baseball, football, and tennis.

Jason’s greatest inspiration is his mother, who raised him and his sister as a single parent.  “She’s my hero,” says Jason. “She overcame tremendous adversity after my parents divorced, aiming her sights high to attend nursing school at the age of 40, while raising two children. When I stop and think, she has an amazing amount of love, compassion, and strength that I admire and respect.”
