Vincent J. Criscuolo's Highly recommend too anyone and everyone!

They took my case all the way to supreme court and won it, also have won several more cases in my favor. I love the way the firm interacts with people when you walk through the doorsthey make you feel very welcomed!

Worker's compensation and social security disability.

I received exceptional legal representation. My original claim for worker's compensation was stopped while I was receiving benefits, and this firm was able to appeal the decision and get it overturned so that I was able to continue receiving benefits. Furthermore, this firm also handled my claim fo...r social security disability benefits. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing legal representation.

Justice was served

The day Vince Crisculo accepted my case for the rotator cuff injury he also got things started for my back injury that had now put me out of work. He told me I had to start a job search with 2 injuries I thought I should get disability. But Vince convinced me otherwise He said Margaret your not disabl...ed You can do this.He was so encouraging so meaningful,He gave me a ray of Hope. That Hope gave me the strength to forge a new path.each and every time I called someone on his team gave me those same encouraging words Keep going Margaret you can do it.And I did, now employed I received a lump sum and can happily say Justice was served!

Incompatent law firm

I had my first hearing with workman's compensation in which they was supposed to be about adding me getting paid for military time missed do to my injury at work, unpaid medical bills, reimbursement for mileage and money spent for supplies. I ended up having a lawyer I never met before represent me i...n the hearing. He rushed thru the hearing lasting about ten minutes. I didn't get to present unpaid bills, he only asked for a continuation to research about being paid for my loss of Reserve pay and his final request was for them to with hold $150 to be paid to the law firm and to be taken out of my check at the rate of $25 per week. After the hearing he rushed off to another hearing. Well my next check was on time. The next check I had not gotten by my normal date, so I call the insurance company about it and found out that the hearing changed the date that I get paid, so I am now sitting here broke with bills that was supposed to come out of my account on certain dates and now because his office failed to tell me this I will have all kinds of overdraft fees and penalties for the money not being in the account. Plus my auto insurance is going to be cancelled also. As you can imagine I fired this law firm. I don't recommend anyone use this firm.

My review for Vincent J. Criscuolo

I have been a client of Vincent Criscuolo for over 10 years. I was in a bad accident at work. Before I knew it I was on the hit list to lose my job until I hired Mr. Vincent Criscuolo. Because of this great law firm I was awarded a nice settlement which I would not have gotten if it weren't for Mr. C...riscuolo and his staff. He saved my life literally.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
