Problem Solved!

I felt like a dog chasing it's tail while dealing with the workers' compensation system and out of complete frustration, I decided to get a lawyer. While searching for the right person, all recommendations were the same- Vincent Criscuolo. Well, I wasn't steered wrong, Mr. Criscuolo in an exemplary a...ttorney! He and his staff showed me tremendous compassion. They made themselves available to answer all of my questions and always responded to my emails in a timely fashion. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and aggressive in their representation of me. I have a renewed faith in the system and I wish I had contacted him sooner! I highly recommend anyone having a problem with workers' comp to contact Vincent Criscuolo immediately! Thank you Mr. C!

Meritorious

There is not enough words or space to cover all the good things I can say about Criscuolo Law Firm. Every person in the firm is caring and knowledgeable about each client. If it weren't for their caring and hard work, I'd be immobile and penniless. They do their work from their heart. They explai...n everything to you and never leave you with unanswered questions about your case, the law, etc. They all go the extra mile. They really care that you have a better quality of life rather than just a money settlement. They came highly recommended to me by a Judge friend, and I will be eternally grateful to all of them.

Vincent J. Criscuolo & Staff,Highly Recommended A+ Law Firm!

My Lawyer was Vincent J. Criscuolo & Staff, they recently settled out my WC with a sect.32 lump sum payment w/ medical left open on 10/07/2014. I was badly injured from a faulty ladder at work on 03/07/2011,the same ladder had caused another manager to have broken her arm in 3 places.Mr. Criscuolo`s... staff are amazing attentive, polite and always address your concerns and problems quickly, keeping you informed every step of the way.You can always count on his staff to help you in anyway they can.Vince is the kind of Lawyer that will stay up late at night to work on your case.Who tells it like it is and what your options are.He spent much time talking to me even though he is a very very busy Lawyer.Always returned my calls and was with me every step of the way,at every hearing. He is extremely intelligent, and knows and follows the law. He will fight tooth and nail to get you everything you deserve in your case.If you are lucky enough to get him and his staff to represent you...you couldn`t have a better Lawyer and Staff.

Incompatent law firm

I had my first hearing with workman's compensation in which they was supposed to be about adding me getting paid for military time missed do to my injury at work, unpaid medical bills, reimbursement for mileage and money spent for supplies. I ended up having a lawyer I never met before represent me i...n the hearing. He rushed thru the hearing lasting about ten minutes. I didn't get to present unpaid bills, he only asked for a continuation to research about being paid for my loss of Reserve pay and his final request was for them to with hold $150 to be paid to the law firm and to be taken out of my check at the rate of $25 per week. After the hearing he rushed off to another hearing. Well my next check was on time. The next check I had not gotten by my normal date, so I call the insurance company about it and found out that the hearing changed the date that I get paid, so I am now sitting here broke with bills that was supposed to come out of my account on certain dates and now because his office failed to tell me this I will have all kinds of overdraft fees and penalties for the money not being in the account. Plus my auto insurance is going to be cancelled also. As you can imagine I fired this law firm. I don't recommend anyone use this firm.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
