It all seemed to go well at first she attended my calls,got back to me soon, filled out paper work then one day I went to "fill out the first form for my husband" and she made me go in (i live 1 hr 20min away) for something that could have been done over the phone. She kept on like forgetting the thi...ngs she told me to bring and would forget the laws too,like she HAD to stop and take a few minutes to think about it but was never really confident in her own response. She said she would "mail me the forms for my husband to sign" 3 months later no forma,no call nothing. I would always have to call her, leave a message and she wouldn't get back until 2-3 weeks later. At the end it was just time wasted because the final response she gave me was that there was no way I could submit the forms without my husband being deported because he has only been in the US for 8 years. I personally think that's something she could have "told me to begin with" but she waited 9 months to tell me this? No. She herself is not a bad person, I just honestly don't think she is professional enough and doesn't have enough knowledge of what she's doing. Sorry jen.
