Biography
I have handled approximately one thousand DWI cases during my 24 year career and have conducted hundreds of criminal trials in courts throughout New York State. I am proud of the results that I have obtained for my clients. I have recently returned to private practice, having served for two years as a principal law clerk in Monroe County Court. The principal law clerk position added to my overall criminal law experience and knowledge; from drafting supression, habeas corpus, sealing, C.P.L. 440, grand jury, and local court appeal decisions, to drafting and compiling jury trial instructions, the position exposed me to all aspects of criminal practice. I will bring all of my knowledge and experience to bear to my practice.

Did a great job
I do a lot of driving for work and had gotten 2 speeding tickets in a 2 year period. The points and fines could have been substantial as well as the insurance penalties, but Dan was able to get the first one reduced to a non-moving violation and the other one was dismissed.
