Dawn was such a help to me after my husband passed during the pandemic. She was refered to me by a friend who also lost her husband to Covid. NY was shut down. I could get no help from state agencies and courts were closed as were most law offices. Dawn taught me how to use Zoom and she opened her ...office electronically so we could have a virtual session. I am not of the computer generation, yet she made me feel as though I was in her office with her. She showed documents and explained everything. Ms. Grosso was the arbitrator on a few different cases for my company. She was very professional and to the point so time was not wasted. She did give all of us an opportunity to be heard. While I did not win all of my cases with her, I believe she was very thorough and accurately applied the law. S...he was courteous to all of the witnesses including those witnesses that were difficult. She applied a very firm demeanor when necessary to keep some parties from "acting out". She should be a judge. I would certainly hire her as my attorney or as an arbitrator.

Dawn was the attorney for my first real estate closing when I was 20 and again when I was 43 She was compassionate and considerate when addressing issues that when beyond a closing attorney such as contracts with my movers. She explains things in detail. She is very nice and smart. Though very to...ugh and stern when needed --just ask the movers who were on the receiving end.
