Dawn was such a help to me after my husband passed during the pandemic. She was refered to me by a friend who also lost her husband to Covid. NY was shut down. I could get no help from state agencies and courts were closed as were most law offices. Dawn taught me how to use Zoom and she opened her ...office electronically so we could have a virtual session. I am not of the computer generation, yet she made me feel as though I was in her office with her. She showed documents and explained everything.
