Called and left my information and explained my accident. Was told I’d get a call back, nothing. I call again and get transferred to Robert. Barely lets me explain my accident and keeps interrupting me. Back story - I was at an outdoor concert and in the crowd was hit in the back of the head by a ...CO2 canister. People were throwing all kinds of things and I was trying to leave. I did not see who hit me with it AS I WAS IN A CROWD. I was left with 7 staples and a concussion. Mr. Berken says “who am I supposed to sue if you didn’t see the person” yeeeaaa I don’t think I can help ya” … idk the event organizers for lack of security? Rude. Lack of compassion. Don’t call Berken.

Tripped on a parking lot pothole fractured my hand. Left him two phone calls and one e-mail no response. His receptionist yawned while on the phone with me no apology. The firm lacks professionalism and common courtesies. He is more concerned with his billboards and his name on a bus than running... a reputable law firm. Stay away.

Mr. Berkun represented me on a case where I suffered a knee injury that required surgery due to a negligent property owner. The case ultimately went to trial, where I discovered that he was so unprepared in the case that he was still asking me questions just before the trial started and during his pr...esentation he quoted snowfall totals that were so unrealistic, that I'm sure the jury rejected his case right then and there.
