Gina Marie DePrima

Gina was amazing, from the first consultation to hiring her a few weeks later. My case lasted several months and she was always available via phone and email whenever I had a concern or question. She always responded in a timely manner. Gina worked diligently on my case from start to finish. Without ...her I wouldn't have gotten the outcome I wanted. If I ever need a lawyer again, Gina will be my first call!!!!

Gina DePrima was my lawyer for custodial and visitation matters. What I especially liked about Gina, is she would give me time to be scared and upset because of goings on and then she'd let me know what the plan going forward would be such as addressing it in court, a letter to the other party to ad...dress matters, etc. I was not left in the dark. Gina is swift with responses to emails and phone calls and is specific with what she expects from YOU. As awkward as a courtroom setting is for me, it was a JOY to see Gina in action.

Over the last couple decades I've hired a number of lawyers (and fired one... won't mention her name but at the time she was on Harlem Road in Cheektowaga) .... Last family law attorney I hired was Terri LoTempio (who I really liked) but this time I went with Gina (due to her stellar reviews on this ...site). Gina is the best Family Law attorney I've ever signed up with. In the past I've had to pester them to update me, give me advise, etc. Gina actually pestered me to get her info she needed (trust me, that's a good thing), kept me updated, provided great advice, is amazingly knowledgeable, realistic, and completely reliable. If in the future I have the unfortunate opportunity to end up in court again there's no way I'm calling anyone but Gina.

Very attentive to my situation. She was extremely understanding and informative with my custody case. Answered any question i had in a reasonable time frame. She made my case very easy for me and resolved it quickly. Would definately recommend and will definately use her services again with any other... issues with custody.
