Gina Marie DePrima

I have hired Gina twice now for Modification of visitation and a custody case. I would never hire anyone else. Gina is a fantastic lawyer. I honestly could go on forever about how great she is. She is very smart, knows the law, how the system works, and will not waste your time or money. Gina w...as there for and gave me the best advice. I can not thank her enough for helping me in two of the most stressful times in my life.

Over the last couple decades I've hired a number of lawyers (and fired one... won't mention her name but at the time she was on Harlem Road in Cheektowaga) .... Last family law attorney I hired was Terri LoTempio (who I really liked) but this time I went with Gina (due to her stellar reviews on this ...site). Gina is the best Family Law attorney I've ever signed up with. In the past I've had to pester them to update me, give me advise, etc. Gina actually pestered me to get her info she needed (trust me, that's a good thing), kept me updated, provided great advice, is amazingly knowledgeable, realistic, and completely reliable. If in the future I have the unfortunate opportunity to end up in court again there's no way I'm calling anyone but Gina.

Gina takes on your legal matter as if it was her own demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a great deal of tactful fight inside the court room. Gina kept my child support from going up based on ex's allegations and kept me in accordance to where i should be. Gina always made herself readily ava...ilable via phone or email after hours and her response time was surprising fast even when I needed to touch base over the holiday break. Gina definitely gets results and exemplifies all the qualities anyone seeks when they seek legal counsel in the first place.
