It seems like he picks exactly which of his clients he will actually fight for. He took my money and got me a deal on a traffic ticket I was not happy with. He would not return my emails when I asked him to see if he can get me a more satisfying and fair deal. When he finally did reply to me after mu...ltiple emails, he was extremely rude and hostile. There are probably better lawyers to hire than him. Truly dissapointed.

I hired Jeffrey to help with a speeding ticket I received on the Highway in Amherst. He answered the phone personally when I called and clearly explained my options. For a fair flat fee he handled everything including going to traffic court. I live out of state, so this saved me having to travel... back to NY from Canada. He reached a Plea bargain that reduced the ticket to one with zero demerit points and No traffic school required. All of his communications were timely and I am pleased with the outcome. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

I was assigned Jeffrey Krajewski as an assigned counsel. Honestly I was hesitant at first if I was going to be fairly represented, since I did not have to pay him. Not only was I fairly represented, but Jeffrey was very understanding and compassionate. I was arrested due to some trouble I got into be...cause of my opiate/heroin addiction. Jeffrey doesn't believe throwing somebody with an addiction into jail, without any type of help for addiction, will be a good solution. He believes all that does is take the person off the streets for a while, but once released they'll be right back to where they started from without the help they actually need. Of course he believed I needed to face some consequences for my actions, because I needed to know my actions weren't okay. Not for me, or society. I faced the toughest Judge in the jurisdiction I was charged in, and at first the Judge didn't want to hear anything. After Jeffrey talked with the Judge, he was willing to give me a chance to prove myself and put me on two years probation. Jeffrey did a great job representing me, unfortunately I didn't honor my end of the deal and ended up violating probation. Once again I made some very bad choices and was caught with heroin. I was charged with possession and intent to sell. At this point there wasn't much more Jeffrey could do. The Judge sentence me to 120 days for violating probation. As for the other charges, which were two felonies, Jeffrey was able to get the Judge to reduce them to misdemeanors. After being released for the charges of probation violation, I had to go to court for the other charges. The Judge was seriously considering putting me back into the county jail for those charges, but once again Jeffrey talked with the Judge before I was called to the bench. Jeffrey explained to the Judge that I served time, and so therefore I was drug free and thinking with a clean head. He explained that I signed up for outpatient care and had an interview for a job. Although the Judge was hesitant, he agreed to give me a chance to prove myself and postponed court for a month to give me the chance I wanted. I highly recommend Jeffrey. Not only is he well informed of the law, but he is compassionate and understanding. He truly wants what is best for his clients. Another plus with Jeffrey is he always answers his phone calls, and if not, he returns the call promptly.

He is very helpful and always available when you need to reach him. Very accomodating and is straight to the point, won't lie to you about your odds with the case you have and does his best to get the best result for you. He has done an amazing job for me and I will always use him if I need a lawyer....
