Living in New York there are rules, regulations and realities which, when filing a personal injury lawsuit, you should be aware of. I called one of the two big tv advertising personal injury firms. I went through two attorneys and the case languished. Since the lawsuit was filed, I needed to find someone else to be my champion. I was referred to Chris by an attorney my cousin works for all the way in Philadelphia. I was told there was no attorney better than him. Admittedly I was very skeptical as I assumed all attorneys were cut from the same cloth. I was so wrong with my assumption. He actively helps out the WNY community. When the Southtowns were hit with 10 feet of snow in December he and the employees of his firm drove down there and volunteered to shovel. He didn't ask to be recognized. He only asked that others join him so that together they could ensure the safety of all those affected. This is the kind of man you want on your side.
