Sunil Bakshi handled my representation when filing for divorce. I was very overwhelmed going into it, as I was a homemaker and mother to three small children. I was terrified of what the outcome of the divorce would be and how much would be impacted by this change in our lives. On our first meeting, ...Sunil was extremely compassionate and took a genuine interest in the details of my case. He wanted to hear my story and understand all the important aspects of it as it would pertain to my case. He would often ask how I was doing emotionally throughout the process, as well as how my children were coping. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood every piece of the divorce proceedings. He worked with me to get everything I needed to support myself and my children. Sunil was always available to answer any questions or offer guidance throughout the process, even in the late evening and early morning hours. He even called on his vacation just to check in and make sure I was handling things well. Sunil also went out of his way to provide me with resources to assist in the transition (such as the name of a therapist to address any emotional concerns, and a mortage broker to help with refinancing my home). He is a no-nonsense lawyer who gets the job done efficiently and effectively. He will fight for his clients to ensure they receive everything they deserve. Once my divorce paperwork was complete, he still called to check on me and make sure everything was going well. He is a very honest, sincere, respectful lawyer who truly has his clients' best interests at heart and is not afraid to go to bat for them. I highly recommend his services for anyone going through a divorce.

I have been using Sunil for approximately 20 years. (Yikes!) Not only does he sit with you and strategize a plan as to how your defense is going to be presented to the court. But all the while Sunil is also trying to help you personally. I think I’ve used his services probably 5-6 times. I send anyon...e in search of an attorney to him because he is very fairly priced and he gets the results that you are looking for. I wouldn’t use any other attorney.

Mr. Bakshi is the BEST person to have in your corner when you find yourself needing legal advice. The man is brilliant, and he is also warm, compassionate , and works very hard for his clients.
