Mr. Singer helped me out after I contacted him regarding a CPS case gone bad. I actually called CPS due to a very real concern for my daughter and the system failed me hugely. Much later in the process, I realized that I was the one being investigated. I immediately contacted Mr. Singer and met wi...th him for a face to face meeting almost immediately. He met with me personally during COVID because he takes his work very seriously.. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and in a way I could understand. I left his office feeling cautiously optimistic. One can never guarantee results. Mr. Singer was quick to act in an amazing response letter that was very detailed and thought out. He states it could be weeks before we hear a determination from Albany. The determination came in less than a week. He under promised and over delivered! I would highly recommend him. Although I hope I never need him again, he is the first person I would contact to help me with my needs. I also would not have any hesitation to refer him to friends or family.
