Mr. Weinrieb focuses his practice on Family Law, including: Divorce and Separation, Divorce and Family Law Mediation, Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Family Offense, Child Relocation and Grandparent Rights. This attorney has lost any credibility since about 2018. He will not listen to client's wishes, will not submit motions, is not a skilled communicator or advocate especially if you are the male in a contested divorce. HIGHLY ADVISED AGAINST
If you have a divorce that is contested, make sure you hire someone else. He was hired to take me to trial and end my divorce, he nickel and dimed me for six months and never scheduled the trial date after at least 3 different times of me telling him to schedule it. Don’t waste your money
Firstly, look at these 5 star reviews by friends and coworkers. Naturally most would be 5 stars.He failed to timely demand financials from my ex wife. No response from the other attorneys as he copied me on emails, but was able to timely provide documentation to the opposing attorney.
