My husband went to him for a dog bite. It took almost 2 hrs. for a minimal settlement. He initially told us it would be $2700.00, but we only received $1300.00. When my husband went to his office to sign the papers he saw a note on Gary Joseph's desk that stated settlement $2700.00. Then he told ...my husband he was going to waive his fee because of the length of time it took to get a settlement. I'm certain Gary Joseph got the remaining $1400.00. Pretty sad don't you think!!

in the almost 4 years ago that i hired him i've heard from him 4 times.didn't prepare me properly for the deposition.his main concern was if they had coffee.had trouble with a independent exam doctor and the lawyer treated it as a non-issue.does not act in your best interest and leaves you feeling he...'s not fighting for you.
