I hired Brad over 6 years ago. My case just recently resolved via judgement against the defendant. Throughout the 6 year case, never once did Brad reach out to me to let me know how my case was progressing. Months and months would go by without so much as a status update. I always had to reach out af...ter 6-8 months to see if there was any progression, and most of the time he was 'not available to speak' so his paralegal had to tell me what the status is if she knew, or would say she would have him call me back - which most of the time he didn't. Unprofessional in that regard. You can be the best attorney, but if you don't let your client know what you have done for them and keep them informed, you become a very lousy attorney in the client's eyes. My case was tougher than he is used to because he didn't have an insurance company to grant him an easy quick win. I feel as though because of that, he barely tried on my case - resulting in me having to seek a judgement, because he made no progress in over 4 years and I saw no other end in sight. I would absolutely not recommend.
