Erin E Killian

Erin Killian is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, where she practices Federal and State Employment and Labor Law. She specializes in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Erin worked as a Junior Attorney for the Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic, where she assisted domestic violence survivors with legal concerns, including family offense petitions, custody matters, and no-fault divorce. She volunteered at the Family Court Help Desk, which provides free legal advice to low-income clients through the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a Business Minor from Cornell University. She spent one semester studying International Industrial Relations at University College Dublin in Ireland. Erin obtained her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Law Section, the Bar Association of Erie County, and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
