In early 2012, my brother, a MENSA genius and well known international consultant, began to miss deadlines at work. He lived alone and worked remotely so his condition remained undiagnosed for many months. Later, he was admitted to ICU for heart failure and some time later when his condition stabilized, he was diagnosed with a watershed infarction stroke. He had retained a national firm to attempt to obtain long-term social security disability benefits since he could no longer work, however, that firm incorrectly filed for a heart failure condition. Worse, the date of the diagnosis made him ineligible for disability benefits. I was supporting him through this entire process.
Upon finding Chris Pashler, we dismissed the previous attorney. Chris took charge, gathering all medical records and obtaining expert opinions that pointed to an earlier onset, one that did qualify my brother for disability benefits.
Further, Chris also worked us through all the testing to prove my brother's diminished capacity to work, and prepared us for the interviews and for the hearing.
Before, during and after the hearing, Chris worked hard to communicate my brother's inability to perform work in each possible employment category to be considered by the judge and his advisers.
When the award was finally made, payments were held up on administrative matters for well over six months. Chris counseled us through the process to collect the award money and never asked us for a dime to cover his out of pocket expenses until the cash was in hand.
My brother's disability award would have never happened without Chris. I highly recommend Chris Pashler as THE disability attorney of choice.

Attorney Pashler took over my social security claim in the appeal process. He was always able to answer my questions. He returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. If he did not know the answer to a question, he researched it and responded with an answer in a short time. Attorney Pashler shows an honest caring attitude to his client's situations and responded with patience and understanding. I will be forever greatful for his work on my case and the positive results he achieved.

I was extremely pleased with the service that Chris provided. He was well versed on ssd law and skillfully guided me through the process to gain a favorable approval. What I also liked is that he responded to questions I had personally and in a very prompt fashion. There was no paralegal or other staff involved , just Chris. Again, extremely happy with this service !!

Chris Pashler was a great blessing to me. I initially reached out to him in an urgent circumstance and he followed through and completed the complex preparation and completion of the Social Security hearing process -- with a favorable outcome ! In addition to his genuine caring and hard work he has a strong sense of fairness and understanding. In addition because he has a history of working with the Social Security Administration as a Judge -- he knows and is an absolute expert in this area of law. I am a very grateful cilent for sure.

Mr. Pashler has been an absolute pleasure to work with for my mother's disability claim. His knowledge, experience and professionalism are by far the best I have encountered. His willingness to take the time to fully explain the processes, procedures and legal maze simply astonished me. I have already and will continue to recommend him to anyone that I know that is need of a disability lawyer. He and his partner are at the top of their class when it comes to customer service.

There has not been a time when I was willing to hand out someone else business cards, in this case I will refer anytime I can. Had Mr. Pashler been my attorney years ago, I wouldnt have had less stress that I had with my previous law practice. Along with feeling very comfortable In the office, I new I could send a text or email and the response was almost immediate. It was during My workers comp case that I asked Mr. Pashler if he would be willing to take my social security case as well. I was in a Dr office for treatment and he asked who I was being represented by. The Dr. asked if I would be willing to get him a stack of business card for other patients. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Pashler and Ms. Devereux. Professional and very courteous.

From the first day we met with Chris my husband, myself and my brother and sister in law who accompanied us were completely impressed with his knowledge, kind demeanor, and professional attitude. Chris took the time to listen to us, and especially listened intently to my husband who suffers from a number of health issues, namely early onset dementia.
Chris was always readily available to return phone calls, and responded to our emails, and always in a prompt fashion. He was diligent at getting the medical records we needed and then getting them quickly.
Most importantly, we were all very impressed with Chris's expertise, and knowledge of social security. We had dealt with other attorney's unsuccessfully and we were always in the dark. Chris explained what the criteria was that was needed for Ben to get social security.
It is evident, that Chris Pashler's skill, time, effort and sense of urgency is the reason that we received a favorable decision.
We can't thank him enough.

He is a walking book of knowledge regarding the law and Social Security. I cannot say enough about his impressive understanding of the workings of this very complex system and his careful approach in guiding me through it. He was polite and considerate while maintaining a businesslike approach in handling my case. He is, in my opinion, dedicated to his work as your representative. The positive outcome in my case certainly gives me reason to say these things about Mr. Pashler however, despite the outcome I could see that he gave me 110% of his effort throughout the entire time he represented me.

I randomly came across Christopher Pashler's name on a list from my county's lawyers. I basically chose him at that time because his last name sounded different to me as funny as that sounds. I needed a lawyer for a Social Security Disability case. He responded to me right away, He let me know everything I should be doing and keeping up with as far as my Social Security Disability Case should be going, He even went out of his way a couple of times and came to my place to sign some documents. Because I have never gone threw anything like this before and I have anxiety, and this was only making it worse; I made several phone calls to him. Due to the fact that I have migraines as well there are moments I can not understand or concentrate very well, and times that I feel I have good days and want to say ok I am good. But he knows and he can see what I am going threw, he explains and informs me the legal side of it each time I call. He is basically like a broken record to me and for that I am so grateful! He has a lot of patience, No matter what time of day it is he will basically talk to me and get me threw anything it is that may be of a concern to me, I am very happy that I chose his last name, and Christopher Pashler, he is a very trustworthy lawyer and knows the information regarding Disability information with the law. I would recommend him to anyone that would need help with representation. It is very difficult finding a lawyer that you can trust right from the start, but the minute you meet him you have a very soothing, relaxing feeling that you are on the right path. So choose Pashler, Christopher Pashler the lawyer who is dedicated and caring for his client!
