The BEST!

After surgery in 2012, I developed chronic hives - an autoimmune disorder. It soon became impossible to do much of anything and they exacerbated my pre-existing conditions.I spoke with other attorneys and they refused to take my claim. Then I found Chris. Patient and compassionate, he understood ...what I was going through and he fought every step of the way to ensure that the ALJs, who heard my case, did as well. Even though my health issues were well documented, it was a difficult case due to the multiple health issues. Anything that was thrown our way, Chris knew exactly what to do. Above all, he always knew we would win - even when I had my doubts. It has been a long, frustrating 4 1/2 years, but I received my approval letter today, all thanks to Chris! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help to apply for disability.

Social Security Disability Award

In early 2012, my brother, a MENSA genius and well known international consultant, began to miss deadlines at work. He lived alone and worked remotely so his condition remained undiagnosed for many months. Later, he was admitted to ICU for heart failure and some time later when his condition stabiliz...ed, he was diagnosed with a watershed infarction stroke. He had retained a national firm to attempt to obtain long-term social security disability benefits since he could no longer work, however, that firm incorrectly filed for a heart failure condition. Worse, the date of the diagnosis made him ineligible for disability benefits. I was supporting him through this entire process. Upon finding Chris Pashler, we dismissed the previous attorney. Chris took charge, gathering all medical records and obtaining expert opinions that pointed to an earlier onset, one that did qualify my brother for disability benefits. Further, Chris also worked us through all the testing to prove my brother's diminished capacity to work, and prepared us for the interviews and for the hearing. Before, during and after the hearing, Chris worked hard to communicate my brother's inability to perform work in each possible employment category to be considered by the judge and his advisers. When the award was finally made, payments were held up on administrative matters for well over six months. Chris counseled us through the process to collect the award money and never asked us for a dime to cover his out of pocket expenses until the cash was in hand. My brother's disability award would have never happened without Chris. I highly recommend Chris Pashler as THE disability attorney of choice.

Knowledgeable and diligent!

Attorney Pashler took over my social security claim in the appeal process. He was always able to answer my questions. He returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. If he did not know the answer to a question, he researched it and responded with an answer in a short time. Attorney Pashler show...s an honest caring attitude to his client's situations and responded with patience and understanding. I will be forever greatful for his work on my case and the positive results he achieved.

exceptional service

I was extremely pleased with the service that Chris provided. He was well versed on ssd law and skillfully guided me through the process to gain a favorable approval. What I also liked is that he responded to questions I had personally and in a very prompt fashion. There was no paralegal or other st...aff involved , just Chris. Again, extremely happy with this service !!

Extremely Knowledgeable, Reliable & Compassionate

Chris Pashler was a great blessing to me. I initially reached out to him in an urgent circumstance and he followed through and completed the complex preparation and completion of the Social Security hearing process -- with a favorable outcome ! In addition to his genuine caring and hard work he has a... strong sense of fairness and understanding. In addition because he has a history of working with the Social Security Administration as a Judge -- he knows and is an absolute expert in this area of law. I am a very grateful cilent for sure.
