Kevin is torturing my poor little child

Kevin Condon is my child lawyer Kevin came to work unprepared for his job maybe he was confused he stated under oath I cannot make any decisions today because I haven't got to talk to the child yet and then the other lawyers said I was talking about the court case in front of the child which was hear...say so then Kevin agreed to take my child away and do supervised visits when he should have said no I cannot make any decisions today until I talk to the child but he gets paid to lie cuz he's a lawyer my lawyer should have said we need to get a new court date and nothing should happen today because Kevin came to work unprepared for his job and forgot to talk to the little child now Kevin will not let me give any presents to my child for birthdays or holidays and also wants me to get evaluated first after I've already been evaluated he wants everybody to get evaluated yet he will let the mother which is on different drugs come and pick up the child and she has not been evaluated yet yet he will let a drug addict pick up my child that was stealing from their house and neglected and forgot about my child for two or three years and then came back to say oh I'm ready to be a mother kevin could have said it's okay for the child to come back or for the supervised visits to be with someone other than a place where you pay $75 an hour to play with broken toys and if you ask each person a question that works there privately they will give you a different answer yet they all work at the same place and they said that I could not talk to my child for six months while everybody else was during the Coronavirus so they were all torturing us in their own little ways so he's responsible for traumatizing and torturing my poor little child and I so that way he can feed his family he tortures people to feed his family and lies hopefully God makes him pay for what he's doing to all these little kids that don't deserve this hopefully the karma comes who thinks Kevin was tortured when he was younger maybe that's why he's doing this to us he definitely shouldn't be allowed to be around children a very evil guy in my book I'll say a prayer for you Kevin these snap out of it buddy wake up and smell the flowers

Bad advice and no follow up

Hired Kevin to handle my divorce. Due to some actions on my estranged husbands part, Kevin advised me to do a bankruptcy first. There were two issues he assured me would be resolved by doing this. After it was all said and done neither one was accomplished. After the fact when i asked asked him w...hy these things were ultimately not done like he had assured me they would be he evaded my questions and never gave me a real answer. He neglected to file paperwork on time which initially got my bankruptcy dismissed. He did get the case open and finally discharged but it should have been finalized four months earlier than it was. He did not respond to emails or phone messages for weeks even after numerous attempts to contact him. After he got his money it seems like the case was of not much importance to him. If i had to do it again i would definately not use him. Save your money and find a compatent attorney.

Lack of Communication

I was his client several years ago. A woman falsely accused me of harassment. Anyway, she accused me of twisting her arm, which I never did whatsoever. This was later dismissed, but she accused me of harassment and I was taken to court (I called her a name--if that is harassment). I hired Kevin ...Condon as my lawyer. As I am not knowledgable regarding law issues, I felt he did not communicate the law process to me clearly. During the very last session before my final case in town court, he mentioned to me "Didn't you tell me that you 'roughed her up a bit'". I couldn't believe what he was saying to me. I never ever touched this woman in any way whatsoever. I felt betrayed by Kevin's saying this to me. If I had the money, I would have hired another lawyer and plead my innocence like indeed I was. I just feel he did not communicate the law to me well, and like I stated I felt very betrayed when he stated to me--"I thought you said you roughed her up a bit". By this experience I feel he was not very trustworthy. I never gave him any indication that I "roughed her up". Maybe for basic law issues--wills, closing on homes--he is all right, but for defending criminal actions, I'm not sure he is a good attorney. He did not keep me informed of most of the court procedures, or what he planned on doing. As I stated, I should have plead innocent (which indeed I was) and hired a different attorney.
