I contacted Arthur to help me with a minor traffic matter (speeding ticket). He immediately contacted me and let me know his fee. Once I discussed my issue further he changed his mind and decided that my case would not be worth it and he stated that he could not help me to contact someone practicing in my town. I am very disappointed by his lack of professionalism, I guess he only wants to take cases he feels he doesn't have to do a lot of work for.
