I hired Joe Muscato back in 2106 to get me a QDRO, and finalize my divorce, When I first met with him and talked professional and willing to finalize my divorce. He didn’t have much to finalize , I already had my separation paper work done. I paid him in full right way to start the process . He is... very difficult to work with, he does not return phone calls , make excuses for why things are not being done. It is 3 years later and he still has not finalized everything I hired him to do.
