Joseph Anthony Muscato

I recently hired Mr. Muscato as a family law and divorce attorney. After speaking with him via phone, we scheduled an office meeting where we immediately began the custody process. He has always been upfront and polite about all matters concerning my case. It was a lengthy custody and divorce process... and Mr. Muscato never missed a meeting or court appearance. I was able to contact him via his office phone and email at any time of day. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He is respected by his peers and he is always calm and collective in the courtroom. I will hands down use him again if I ever need legal representation.

I hired Joe Muscato back in 2106 to get me a QDRO, and finalize my divorce, When I first met with him and talked professional and willing to finalize my divorce. He didn’t have much to finalize , I already had my separation paper work done. I paid him in full right way to start the process . He is... very difficult to work with, he does not return phone calls , make excuses for why things are not being done. It is 3 years later and he still has not finalized everything I hired him to do. I have lost thousands of dollars because of 1 piece paper he hasn’t finalized.
