I petitioned the court to placed my mother under guardianship due to various events that occurred that I was not made aware of. Jennifer was able to move the guardianship process through the court system at a very fast pace. She is VERY knowledgeable in the area of litigation, trusts, estate planning and guardianship and general law. She is very professional in dealing with clients and she demonstrates very high ethics in her field of practice. She was able to get all parties to the table for a settlement within a short period of time. She is amazing and I am very happy to have her as my lawyer. She is very fair with her fees and I am proud to say that she is MY LAWYER!
Peter Fiorella, Probate Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer as Jennifer Flannery presents herself in Surrogate's Court as a well rounded and practical estate attorney who not only effectively represents her clients but does so with common sense and practicality to complement having the trial skills to resolve issues if compromise cannot be achieved.
