Case Adjournment with Contemplation of Dismissal
Appeared in Court for me while I was excused because of being from a different state. Rejected the judge's proposal of a Violation of Harassment. Returned to Court to get me a Adjournment with Contemplation of Dismissal. Answered all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Even communicated with my parents. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Extremely talented and skilled. Got me a VERY favorable sentance.
Jamie worked on my case for over 5 years. It was quite complex and involved white collar crimes in a corporate setting. He gave great counsel and helped prepare me to put my best foot forward. He helped drive this whole process and it resulted in a very favorable sentance. I was looking at doing a lot of prison time before I hired Jamie. Instead, I will have a term of probation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may need advice or who may currently have inadequate representation.

Integrity and Competence
I felt we were in good hands from the beginning. James has integrity and assured us he would handle all the details. He also told us what to expect . I can not recommend him enough. My son just moved to the Buffalo area. I feel secure in knowing he has an attorney close that he can count on. James handled our situation long distance, yet I felt he was close by.

Excellent Representation from James Auricchio
I recently received a ticket for speeding while traveling to Buffalo. I was very concerned as this matter could have affected my ability to drive and potentially my employment. After an internet search, I decided to try James Auricchio. That was the best decision I could have made. Not only did he meet my expectations, he greatly exceeded what I thought would be my outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Auricchio without hesitation or reservation. He was professional, courteous, concise, and very sure of his ability to bring about good results. However, he never lead me to believe that mine was a slam-dunk case. Thank you James Auricchio for a job well done!

Best traffic lawyer
If you don't think you need a lawyer for a speeding ticket, you should rethink it. Atty Auricchio told me how things would happen and it turned out even better. You have nothing to lose by a consultation, no pressure. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend

Review of Mr. James Auricchio
I recently found myself in need of the services of a lawyer and am thankful that I found Mr. Auricchio to represent me in the matter. His experience proved invaluable not only in his ability to navigate adeptly through the court system but also by keeping me informed and calm through a difficult time with his reassuring demeanor and his words of confidence. And sure enough the matter played out exactly as he had predicted and I can't thank him enough. So don't just hope to get lucky....get Auricchio!!!
