It was truly a pleasure working with Dara. Being first-time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions, which Dara never failed to answer clearly, promptly, and always in a pleasant manner. Dara was not only responded to our email right... away, but accommodated my phone calls and text messages as well. I'm moving to Western NY from the west coast, and she respected and was patient with me -- due to the time difference. I found Dara's rates to be competitive and fair, but most importantly clear. There were no hidden fees or unexpected rates added in last minute. The amount she quoted me at the beginning was the amount I paid at the end. If I purchase another home in the area, I will certainly call Dara again, and I certainly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.
