Dara Biltekoff Ordon

I practice in all areas of real estate law. My practice focuses on navigating clients through residential real estate transactions. I have experience in commercial and business litigation and negligence matters, including but not limited to personal injury, premises liability, and construction accidents. I also have experience in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, and local, state, and federal court practice. 

In 2001, I earned my Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, Phillip L. Merrill College of Journalism, where I received the President’s Scholarship.  In 2004, I achieved my Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  I am admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

I was born and raised in Amherst and now live there with my husband and our children. I am very active in the Western New York Mothers of Multiples and other charitable organizations.
