We decided to use Bryan Milks as an attorney for a real estate purchase. His secretary never filed paper work necessary for closing on 2 separate occasions costing the purchasers thousands of dollars (twice) to have extensions put on their loan. She also forgot to file paper work to have the property surveyed, causing yet another delay with closing. She also 'forgot' to hold money in escrow. Claiming she didn't have to when she was asked about it or that she simply forgot.
His secretary also told myself and the other party different stories on a regular basis to cover for her incompetence.
Bryan may be a fantastic lawyer, but you would never know this based on the quality of service you get from his secretary.

In June 2016 I was buying a parcel of land from someone who wanted to use Bryan milks as the lawyer for the closing. We walked stated that my wife and I wanted to be the owners and wanted to close asap. The seller was on the same page as us. We called several times to the office to close after months of no response. The miserable secretary would never return our phone calls when she said she would. Finally on the closing date we noticed the total was 8000 or so more then it should have been. The secretary just goes oops ok. Then they state that I would have to pay taxes for the year to close it out of the property the taxes were 700 dollars off as well. We then corrected this. Then I actually get a taxes bill from the county. So I call up the secretary and explain this and she acts like she forgot about the whole thing and said she would call us back. Again I had to keep calling and hounding them to return my money that they falsely took from me for taxes they did not pay. It took a month to get the check that she said she sent right out. Also on the closing they forgot to add my wife's name. I mentioned this right away. They suggested to me to go to the county and add her name. I said that shouldn't be on me because you messed up. She agreed, and I said I will come in a take care of this next time I'm in town. I call to set up a time to stop in. The same secretary now plays stupid. Then she tries to charge me for the filling fee which they messed up on in the first place.
The seller has also been getting a hold of me stating how they still are holding his money from another deal he had going on. Also the surveyor called me saying they still never paid him with my money. This is the most unprofessional lawyers office I have ever dealt with and I own many pieces of property and have been through this process many times. I would say run away from Bryan milks office as fast as you possibly can.

He is the best and most professional lawyer I had ever had. He did all his home work and goes into court knowing everything that he has to, to make your case go in the direction that is legal and fair.
You are a true professionl and a good and honest person! thank you !!!
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
